A bundle for clients new to Bowen who want to commit to the recommended starter series of three sessions. These should be spaced one session every 5–7 days over the course of 3 - 4 weeks. Save $30 compared to booking three sessions individually. Please book all three sessions with timing as outlined above.

Your first session with Carol. Includes a full health history, assessment of what your body needs, and a gentle hands-on Bowen treatment. When booking, please read or print the Welcome Letter at the bottom of the booking page and print/complete the Intake Form to bring with you to your appointment.

Carol comes to you. Ideal for clients with limited mobility or anyone who prefers to receive treatment at home.

A 4-step technique integrating the energetic and nervous systems for emotional release work. Used for grief, trauma, and processing difficult life events.

A specialized technique for releasing scar tissue restrictions from surgery, injury, or burns. Carol is certified in the McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release method. It can dramatically improve the clients range of motion, reduce pain at scar site, improve numbness and soften the scar tissue leaving it much smoother and less sensitive.

A short, very gentle session designed for infants and children under three. Parents stay in the room throughout.
Clients must give a minimum 4 hours notice to cancel. No-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will be charged $45.
